On Thursday 5 March, we're bringing together Designs of the Time, Collett & Victor, and textile artist Nathalie Van der Massen for an in-depth conversation. Expect insights into their processes, inspiring projects and an honest exchange about where textile is headed.

From galleries to residential projects: the way we work with textile keeps evolving. It's sculptural, experimental, identity-defining and continues to take a more central role in interior and architecture.

Designers are pushing boundaries and embracing complexity and character, through richer textures, bolder use of color and more daring prints in interiors. Reason enough to pause and explore what's happening, where does art and product intersect and what's driving the industry forward.

The talk will be moderated by Lien De Grom, with time to network over a light lunch afterwards.

NATHALIE VAN DER MASSEN

Nathalie Van der Massen is a Belgian designer working at the intersection of textile design, art and interior architecture. Since launching her independent studio in 2018, her work spans applied collections, bespoke furniture and art integrations, always guided by a deep sensitivity to natural materials, surface and technical detail. Light, transparency and the layering of fabrics are recurring themes, as is a constant curiosity that pushes her work beyond any single artistic discipline.
